Tuition fees must be paid in full. 80% of the tuition fee is refundable before the semester starts; 50% is refundable within 15 days after the semester starts (including the 15th day). After this period, the tuition fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please keep the payment receipt safe, as it is required for any refund processing. All fees and refunds are calculated in RMB. Changes in teaching methods, such as switching between online and offline due to unpredictable factors like the pandemic, are not grounds for a refund. The registration fee is non-refundable.

If a course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment (less than 5 students) or other reasons attributable to the school, a full refund will be issued before the semester starts. After the semester starts, refunds will be negotiated between both parties, prioritizing the students' rights.
