1. Applicants must be aged between 18 and 55.

2. Applicants should submit their application materials to the International Students Office. Upon approval, they are required to pay the tuition fee. The school will assist with the visa application and issue the admission letter after receiving the tuition fee. The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

3. After arriving in China, students must complete the temporary accommodation registration within 24 hours and proceed to the school to complete the enrollment procedures and apply for a residence permit.

4. Tuition fees must be paid in full. 80% of the tuition fee is refundable before the semester starts; 50% is refundable within 15 days after the semester starts (including the 15th day). After this period, the tuition fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please keep the payment receipt safe, as it is required for any refund processing. All fees and refunds are calculated in RMB. Changes in teaching methods, such as switching between online and offline due to unpredictable factors like the pandemic, are not grounds for a refund.

If a course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment (less than 5 students) or other reasons attributable to the school, a full refund will be issued before the semester starts. After the semester starts, refunds will be negotiated between both parties, prioritizing the students' rights.

5. Failure to register within 7 days from the start of the semester will be considered as automatic withdrawal, and the tuition fee will not be refunded or transferred. The case will be reported to the relevant departments. In case of special circumstances preventing timely registration, students must inform the office promptly and obtain approval.

6. During the study period, students are not allowed to engage in employment, part-time work, business, or any other profit-making activities.

7. The school currently does not provide dormitory accommodation for international students.
