Accommodation Regulations for Overseas Students’ Apartment Building


  • Obey the management of our administrative staff. Conscientiously observe management regulations of related departments. Our school will try to satisfy students’ request for choosing roommates as far as possible. Yet if conditions don’t allow us to do so, students should comply with our arrangements.

  • Drinking, gambling and fighting are prohibited.

  • Guarantee the safety and good conditions of the apartment and attached facilities. Damages to any belongings in the apartment should be compensated according to the cost. Students who refuse to mend their behavior despite repeated warnings will be fined or persuaded to quit.

  • Any businesses or activities that violate Chinese laws or apartment regulations for overseas students are prohibited.

  • Overseas students’ apartments are only available to students who live there. Students are not allowed to put up guests for the night.

  • Students are not allowed to exchange rooms or beds, nor should they leave their keys to others.

  • To avoid any potential danger, overseas students are not allowed to use electricity against rules or change the connection of electric wires. Students should report to the apartment manager and pay 6 yuan per day if they need to use high-power electric heater, otherwise they will be imposed a fine.

  • Overseas students should not be involved in activities which may affect other people’s life, such as dancing, making a racket, playing loud music, etc. in their apartments.

  • Maintain environmental and personal hygiene.

  • Observe the daily schedule and visiting system of overseas students’ apartment. All visitors should fill in the registration form and must leave the apartment before 11 pm.
